Donate

There are several ways you can support the Take and Eat Food Pantry. The pantry is an all-volunteer organization that receives all of its funding from private donations and grant awards.

TIME and TALENT

Volunteers are utilized in the following areas:

  • Shopping for food at the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina on a monthly basis
  • Stocking purchased food
  • Packing food for distribution
  • Loading groceries into clients' vehicles
  • Greeting clients
  • Collecting donated produce from local farmers market
  • Assisting with special events
  • Organizing food drives or fund raisers
